It was amazing, it blew us away! Gate 1 is the best and very organized. We had a fantastic guide. Shalini and great bus driver Anwar. Dubai was very interesting and we learnt a lot about their culture.

This was our very first trip with Gate 1, and to put it simply, we were extremely satisfied. Everything was impeccably organized: the bus was always waiting for us on time, hotel check-ins were quick and seamless, lunches were prepared and relaxing, and all sightseeing entrances were arranged in advance. Our tour manager, Attia, was outstanding. He was consistently punctual, provided clear explanations of each day's activities, and offered genuinely helpful suggestions and recommendations throughout the trip. We also want to highlight the terrific local guides-Attia in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and Massoud in Oman. What stood out most for me personally was hearing about their real-life experiences and family stories. It added depth and authenticity far beyond the typical information you can find online.

I just wanted to add few comments about our Guide, Mr. Rami. Among other things, he will be the reason for us to choose Gate 1 again. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very cooperative and made each of us, in the group, feel very special. As you know Customer satisfaction is #1. Our tour manager, Ramy, led us on the best tour we have ever had! His obvious love of people and passion for travel was contagious and created an instant camaraderie among our group. He greeted us individually each morning with smiles and everyone was excited about starting the new day's adventure. We never wasted time in long lines because he knew how to circumvent them. He always watched out for our safety and warned us where to watch our step. Questions were answered immediately, problems were solved effortlessly and he always acted like it was entirely his pleasure to help us out. My husband lost his hat and mentioned it. Ramy bought him a new hat that very afternoon so the glare outside the next day wouldn't detract from his enjoyment of the sights. Wherever we went, camel markets, date markets, marinas, luxury hotels; everyone knows and loves Ramy and greets him with smiles and hugs. It was fun being associated with such a popular tour manager. I just returned from my wonderful trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We saw so many wonderful sights, the weather was warm and sunny and the food was delicious. Our hotels were excellent. I met so many people and enjoyed their company. My favorite activity was going to the Berj Khalifa 124 floors high. The observation deck is spectacular. Going to the mosque in Abu Dhabi was very exciting. Tito, our tour guide was knowledgeable and kept us informed with pertinent information on things we were seeing and the places we were going. I would recommend this trip to everyone, I had a great time.

We had a spectacular time. Our first tour with Gate 1 was amazing! Starting from the agent who met us at the Dubai airport to the departure time was excellent. The hotels we stayed at, the meals, the places and excursions, the tour guide Ruhee and the driver Sohil, were all perfect 10 ! Lynette was an EXCELLENT Tour Manager. She was very punctual and enforced it in a nice gentle way. She made sure that we were all safe all the time. She was very knowledgeable and informative about UAE and she answered all our questions even post tour. She created our group as a family and looked after us like her children. The Gate1 trip went as planned with on-time airport pickups and tours as scheduled. Accommodations at hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were good (mid range) and hotel locations were convenient. We liked the independent but well organized travel bookings and tours provided by Gate1. It was easier than doing the bookings by ourselves in unknown cities and in an exotic country (UAE). We also felt reassured that Gate1 had done this for many other travelers and that we would avoid "getting into a pickle" with poor quality hotel or tour experiences or being ripped off. Our trip was fabulous. Transportation to and from the airport was on time, accommodating, and the drivers/agency communicated with us when and where to meet. The hotel (Millennium Al Barsha) was excellent, with a great ample breakfast; it is in a great location. Emirates airlines, needless to say, was excellent. This was our first but definitely not the last trip we will take with gate 1!

Visiting Dubai & Abu Dhabi was an excellent choice for my first travel of the year!! Our tour guide Shalini, however brought this experience to new heights. Abu Dhabi was a blend of tradition and luxury. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was majestic. It was such a peaceful place, and we felt a sense of calm as we explored its grand halls. Visiting the Louvre Abu Dhabi was like stepping into another world. The art and artifacts from different cultures and times were so fascinating Now to our tour guide...Our amazing tour guide, Shalini, was a beacon of knowledge and hospitality. She was the heart and soul of our trip. Shalini's love for the country and its culture was infectious, enriching our experience at every turn. She shared so many stories and facts with us along the way. She was not just a guide; she felt like a friend always looking out for us and making sure we were having the best time.
